At North Shore ENT we feel that it is very important to keep our patients informed and educated about their ENT conditions. During consultations we will always try to explain the nature of the Ear, Nose, Throat or Head and Neck medical issue in terms that are simple to understand. We will always allow patients to ask questions about their conditions and ensure that we answer them thoroughly.
