DR JENNIFER LEE

Dr Jennifer Lee – MBBS (Hons) BSc (Med) MS (ORL) FRACS

Dr Jennifer Lee is a dual-fellowship trained adult and paediatric ear, nose and throat surgeon with subspecialty interests in otology, neurotology, facial nerve disorders, and hearing implantation.

Jennifer graduated from Medicine at the University of New South Wales with honours in 2007, and completed a Master of Surgery from the University of Sydney, whilst undertaking a research fellowship at the Kolling Deafness Research Centre. She then pursued ENT surgery training in NSW and was admitted as a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons.

She undertook a postgraduate clinical fellowship at Cambridge University Hospital, UK in otology and auditory implants, followed by a second clinical fellowship with the University of Toronto, Canada in neurotology and lateral skull base surgery.

Jennifer has a strong interest in academic surgery with a particular interest in objective measures in assessment of cochlear implant outcomes. She enjoys teaching through the University of Sydney and Macquarie University, and is a surgical instructor with the College of Surgeons.

In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys travelling to new cities, outreach aid work, reformer Pilates, and spending time with family and friends.
